I hope you all are doing well!
So we got a minor update on our restrictions here in the U.K. We are allowed to go outside more than just once to exercise, and we can travel remotely to different locations to exercise. So that is pretty cool! There is not many good places to exercise in the town that we live in, so we drove to some beaches that are a short distance away from where we live to do our exercising. So that has been really nice! But other than that we have just been teaching a few online lessons a day, studying, doing family history work, messaging members and trying to find people to teach online. I think we are starting to get in the groove of things now.
A funny thing happened to me recently. So during one of our online lessons, I felt something crawling on my leg. (we usually just where shorts and then a button up shirt and tie but the camera can only see our shirt and tie) And once I felt that, I looked down and saw a huge spider crawling on my leg. I tried so hard not to freak out since we were in the middle of an online lesson. But I kind of freaked out anyway... but in the end we killed the spider and all was well.
During quarantine we've been able to join our stake's institute meetings over zoom. It has been way awesome! The teacher is really amazing! He reminds me a lot of my old seminary teachers. He was talking to us a lot about the creation last week. The creation is such an amazing thing! Looking at the vastness of the universe really puts things into perspective. It makes us and our problems feel a lot smaller! But God made it all for us, so that we could experience life and learn and grow. It is pretty amazing!
