Hello family and friends!

So last week we locked ourselves out of our flat... that was pretty unfortunate. Thankfully the land lord was able to come unlock it for us or else we would have been doomed. But I don't think we will forget our keys again, so that's good!

We had some lessons this past week. We had one with our friend, Ian. He is finding a lot of peace right now by reading the Book of Mormon. He is loving it! I'm glad we are still able to teach lessons over video call. It's been really nice!

My companions and I gave a training to our mission this past week over video call. We had the opportunity to talk about patience. It was nice to study about that, because we definitely need it during this time!

We found a basketball court to play on during our exercise time, so we've been shooting some hoops along with throwing the football around. It has been pretty fun! Elder Anderson and I kept going back and forth in a game of horse the other day. I think the game lasted about 30 minutes. It was crazy!

One scripture verse I read this past week that I wanted to share is in Doctrine and Covenants chapter 8. In verse 2 it says, "Yea, behold, I will tell you in your mind and in your heart, by the Holy Ghost, which shall come upon you and which shall dwell in your heart." A few verses later, the Lord also says, "Therefore, doubt not". Often times I have a hard time making a decision, especially if it's a big one. But these verses give me a lot of comfort and guidance. If we study decisions out in our mind, weigh the pros and cons, and ask God, he will tell us in our minds and hearts what we should do. So we shouldn't have to doubt or second guess our mind or heart. We should feel confident about the decision we will make.

I hope everyone has an awesome week! I'll keep you all in my prayers! Cheerio!
